For all of you warm weather lovers out there braving through the chilly temps, Kristen and Josh’s Summer wedding will cheer you up! This charming, woodland theme with daisies and bright colors is sure to put a smile right on your face, and Kim Smith’s photos show it off beautifully! With a classic bride meets flower child twist, this wedding is packed with inspiration to last all Winter!
Kristen chose to keep her bridal style very classic in a white lace wedding gown with a sweetheart neckline and jeweled belt. Her accompanying veil with lace trim was perfect for the sweet ceremony. Her gals wore Tiffany blue lace dresses holding bouquets filled with wildflowers. What a cute combination!
Josh and his groomsmen went the casual route by ditching their suit jackets. We love how Josh stood out in his gray vest, while the rest of the guys donned a light blue to match the bridesmaids. For the reception, Kristen traded her traditional veil for a flower crown fit for a boho queen! We love the idea of having both styles come together so elegantly!
This combo of classic meets boho didn’t end there! Her bouquet is just another example of how Kristen pulled both looks off seamlessly! Light pink roses mixed with daisies, baby’s breath, and wildflowers were the perfect choices to combine both looks. This bouquet + Kristen’s floral crown? Flower heaven!
An outdoor venue was a must for this couple and their theme! Partnered with a tent in case of any bad weather and a couple of cute photo op backdrops, it was the perfect representation of a woodland fairytale!
Nothing puts the cherry on top better than the details that the couple considered to bring their wedding day full circle. Wildflowers showcased each table to bring the essence of their theme inside the tented area, and a vintage suitcase for cards combined both the classic elements with their color scheme, too!
Here’s to you Kristen and Josh!
