Spring Memories I Bart & Amber Tie the Knot

February 5, 2018 Katherine Whitehead

It was a beautiful warm spring afternoon.  The sky was a deep blue as the sun gently shown down through the tall trees, illuminating the glistening shadows that stretched across acres of lush green farmland.  Bart and Amber stood facing each other, as Kadee’s Approach shot their vows, hand in hand as they prepared to proclaim their love and undying commitment as their family and friends watched from the pews of the Painted Acres Farm.  The wood altar was decorated with flowers, ferns and candles under billowing white curtains and sparkling lights hanging delicately from the ceiling. With romantic roses and a touch of pink, their rustic theme mixed with classic country elegance set the perfect stage for a love that is sure to bloom.

The Dress

Amber wore a gorgeous and unique two-piece white bridal gown complete with a long flowing skirt and floral top to match her husband’s navy suit.  Daring to be different, her dress was a stunning way to elevate the wedding separates trend.  Her wedding day look was paired with a low, elegant bun, pearl jewelry and natural makeup with a berry lip.Amber's gorgeous wedding dress. | The Pink Bride® www.thepinkbride.com

The Venue

Bart and Amber’s wedding was held at Painted Acres Farm, a gorgeous family-owned barn set on acres of beautiful southern farmland in the Tri-Cities.  With plenty of room to dance the night away, the farm was the perfect spot for the couple’s country tastes and the barn made for the perfect reception area as well!

What was your first dance song and why did you choose it?

“Crazy Love by Van Morrison.  Bart and I dance around the kitchen to this song so it had to be our first dance.”

The Details

Under a large white tent, provided by Celebrate Rentals, the couple was able to celebrate their big day with their guests, surrounded by a multitude of flowers, greenery, and hints of pink and navy blue.  Their southern wedding was complete with bags of popcorn and strawberry cupcakes for the guests and gorgeous country themed table settings.
