I don’t know about you, but I am ready for spring to get here and stay! But hey, the first official day is only about two weeks away, so it’s not so bad. In the meantime, Amber and Michael’s beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony can keep me at bay! This couple’s celebration was the perfect mix of rustic chic, charming Southern hospitality, and delightful uniqueness! Shanell Bledsoe Photography captured Amber’s theme of natural elegance wonderfully! My favorite parts, well besides their love story, of course, was their personalized wine bottles and donut bar! That just screams fun! See it all for yourself below!
Did you have a specific theme or design inspiration for your big day?
“Natural greenery with simple details.”
Their historic Southern mansion with adjoining farm, and stunning floral arrangements with ivy fulfilled the chosen theme to a T!
Amber’s bouquet filled with light pink peonies, ivory dahlias, roses, and ranunculuses was absolutely stunning! We love how these different flowers worked together to match the natural theme effortlessly, while still giving a wow factor!
What was the most memorable moment?
“The first look. It was so special to have a private moment with Michael and talk to each other before we exchanged vows.”
What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it?
“‘Stay With You’ by John Legend; I love John Legend, and the song reminds me of our relationship. We have always stayed by each other’s’ side, encouraged one another, celebrated in each others’ successes, and picked each other up in our failures.”
And who wouldn’t love a donut bar!
Congratulations, Amber and Michael, from all of us at The Pink Bride!
